Andrew brings together the genetic lines of two of the most renowned names in the alpaca world: Hemingway and Caligula. Both of these genetic giants have impacted the alpaca herd of America with outstanding offspring. Andrew is the epitome of the qualities Hemingway and Caligula are known for...fineness, soft handle, density, and crimp. Andrew's dam is our fine fibered female out of Peruvian Julius Caesar, a multiple blue ribbon winner in fleece and halter. Each year she produces a show quality cria with outstanding fiber and conformation.
Andrew has shown well as a yearling and even as an adult, which brings us to believe he is a male that can make a positive impact on a farm's herd. Earning a ribbon in the highly competitive white juvenile and yearling classes is quite a challenge. Andrew has now added a blue ribbon as a mature male from the highly regarded Empire Extravaganza. Amanda VandenBosch loved his size, density, consistency of fiber qualities and conformation. That's not a surprise considering his micron at three years old is still a respectable 19.2.

Andrew's price is a reflection of having too many herdsires in a colored breeding program. This boy has all the right stuff to create beautiful cria. Andrew needs to be used...and deserves a chance to show his stuff. With that in mind...here's an offer. Take Andrew and use him...for FREE. You only pay us $1500 when you decide to register a cria. After three cria registrations, we transfer the ARI. So, NO COST to you right now, and YOU decide when he has earned his value by registering your cria. If money is tight, this might be the solution to some breeding dilemmas. Give us a call to talk about this offer.
